Shelf life: (-18 degrees 120 days)

Preparation: frozen, steam over high heat for 13-15 minutes; unfrozen, steam over high heat for 10-12 minutes.

The company initially started as "Chun Kei Noodles Home", which was founded in the early 1990s. It has set up its own factory in Macao by 2013 to produce various kinds of noodles, dim sum, special steamed buns, crystal rice dumplings, moon cakes and other products. The factory has obtained ISO22000:2005, HKQAA-HAPPC (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification) and other certifications.
