The main business of Macau Hui Neng International Holding Ltd. is food (tea) manufacturing and the construction of ecological park. Through the “One-stop Service for Investors” of the Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), the company Fábrica de Bebidas Winexpress Macau was established in 2018, and its factory is located in the Edifício Industrial Da Ilha Verde to produce tea of its own brand: Black Oolong tea, Oolong tea and Da Hong Pao of the “933.North Garden”, Oolong tea, Da Hong Pao. At present, the self-owned tea plantation base accounts for 15,000 acres  based in the Fujian Provincial Headquarters. The North Garden is located at the foot of Fenghuang Mountain in Jianou, Fujian province, beside the Jianxi River, which has been in existence for 458 years since it became a royal tea plantation in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms (933 AD). The former North Royal Tea Garden is now a tea plantation owned by the Winexpress Holdings Limited, and the tea beverage under the brand of “933.North Garden originated from here.
