The design of Macao Special Brew (53% ABV Jiang-flavour Baijiu) draws inspiration from Macao's World Heritage site—the Guia Lighthouse. The bottle design, modeled after the lighthouse, incorporates other cultural elements of Macao. Each bottle is handcrafted by artisans, overcoming numerous technical challenges—such as frequent cracking during firing due to extreme heat—to produce this precious collection. The design of the packaging box also draws from Macao's cultural heritage and architectural landmarks. Ingeniously, the outer layer is detachable and can be displayed as an artistic wall mural, blending practical function with collectible value.

This locally produced 53% ABV Jiang-flavour baijiu showcases tradition and craftsmanship through its rich body and distinctive flavour profile. Its products are crafted with authentic Jiang-flavour liquor sourced from the Chishui River in the Maotai Town, a designated area of geographical indication, or old wine aged over 30 years with a classic recipe. This fusion of time-honoured maturation and meticulous craftsmanship delivers a complex, layered taste with an exceptionally lasting finish.
