Established in 2018, the company specialises in the production of handmade XO sauce, which is free of additional seasonings such as salt, MSG and sugar. The founder once worked in the catering industry in Edinburgh, Scotland. After returning to Macao, he has continued to work on the recipe and refine it, creating the current optimal formula.
