The October Fifth Bakery (Macao) sells special Macao's souvenirs, including almond cookies, egg rolls, cookies, pastries, mooncakes and other products. In 2004, the company set up a factory in Jiangmen, which contains a test centre for inspection and testing and a centre for product research and development. The company has obtained a  HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System) food safety certification, BRC (Global Food Safety Standard) and other international certifications.
