Founded in 2011, Kam In Portuguese Food is a family-run business, selling traditional, handmade Portuguese pastries, without any food additives. In 2013, Macanese Gastronomy was listed as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Macao. Kam In is custodian of original recipes for famous pastries such as Western buttercream cakes, butter cookies (Bicho-Bicho) and dau lou (a dessert made from beans).
