The Company’s predecessor can be traced back to the Companhia de Produtos Da China, which was founded in 1952. Later, it underwent reorganization with Macao and Luso International Group Co. Ltd., Macao Nam Fong Man Loi Group Limited, as well as other enterprises. Furthermore, it fully acquired entities such as Macau Ieng Liquors Group Limited, Macau Ms. Hou Bakery Co., Ltd. and other entities. The Company has its own factories in Macao, mainly specializing in the production of Ieng Liquors, Macao souvenirs, olive oils, and daily necessities. The Company’s Macao souvenir brand “Ms. Hou”, characterized with the integrated Chinese and Portuguese cultures, features a diverse range of souvenir products, including almond cookies, Macao-style walnut pastry, and Portuguese nougat. In recent years, the Company has been actively exploring with the Chinese Mainland market. In 2024, through collaborations with Central State-Owned Enterprises, its products were successfully listed in 20,000 gas station stores across the Mainland. At the same time, it has set up e-commerce channels and Mainland offices, leveraging the CEPA Agreement and the strengths of “Made in Macao” to expand into the Mainland market.
