Established in 2003, the company has been operating its souvenir shop selling baked goods near the Ruins of St. Paul’s in the centre of Macao for more than 20 years. The founder Chang Kuok Tong, who has been devoted to the development of gourmet food gifts, created the double shrimp roe noodles, spicy flavoured pork jerky, and scallop and almond cake, which have become very popular among tourists looking for Macao souvenirs. The shop has also been featured in various media outlets in recent years.
