Established in 2022, the Owl Man Distillery runs its own factory in Macao. The entire production process, including recipe development, distillation, bottling, labelling and packaging, all takes place at the brewing factory  in Macao. In order to embody the positioning of the Macao brand, the company name OWLMAN incorporates the Putonghua pronunciation of Macao (Aomén). Furthermore, lotus flowers symbolising Macau's enduring prosperity are used in all of the gin varieties.
