The Phoenix Egg Roll with Seaweed and Pork Floss is golden and crispy. The egg roll is wrapped in seaweeds, and the filling is made with pork floss and sesame seeds. It is both sweet and salty with layers of flavours and texture.
Founded in 2012, Fong Seng Lei Loi has its own brand known as “Fong Seng Lei Loi Souvenirs”, and has its own factory in Macao producing a variety of souvenir pastries, including egg rolls, phoenix egg rolls, almond cookies, crispy cake and cookies. The company actively participates in trade fairs in Macao and Hong Kong, and has also collaborated with local associations in organising food tasting activities to promote Macao's reputation as a “Creative City of Gastronomy".
