Established in 2020, the company specialises in a variety of food souvenirs (bakery products) under its own brand “Granny Ut Kuai” and has shops in Macao, Hengqin and Guangzhou. Its products have been increased to more than 50 categories in the two years since its opening. The cake-making craftsmanship has been passed down from Granny Ut Kuai for more than 80 years, and the craftsman’s spirit has been carried forward by her descendants.
