The company was founded in 2021, based on the DecaSol Eco-friendly Brewer’s Spent Grain (BSG) Cat Litter Project supported by the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), University of Macau. The three founders, core members of the project, are in charge of administration and finance, project operation, and marketing respectively.

The team has gained experience from years of entrepreneurship, won several national and provincial entrepreneurship prizes, and received support from some scientific research funds.
