In 2018, the Macao jewellery market was dominated by the brilliance of international luxury brands, while local jewellery brands were rarely seen. In this market gap, Neil Diamond Ltd. emerged, with its brand "King Diamond" on a mission to create high-quality, cost-effective diamond rings. Using a strategy of low and fair prices, unique experiences, and customised services, they aim to attract local residents and overseas tourists.

The company directly sources diamonds from primary mining companies in Africa, including South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia. This procurement model not only reduces intermediate costs but also ensures the legality of the diamond sources. Each diamond comes with a relevant certificate, providing customers with clear quality information.
