Tou & Na shoe shop provides a customised service. Products are accurately tailored to the size and shape of customer’s feet, solving the problem for many women with different foot types, who often find it difficult to buy suitable, comfortable shoes. Operating costs such as rent and staff salaries are even higher compared to before. Ms’ Chao said nowadays doing business in physical shops is difficult. In order to expand the business, in addition to managing a Facebook page, they also use WeChat as a platform for advertising. Moreover, the brand entered “Macao Ideas” Exhibition Centre under IPIM and has taken an active part in several local events such as Macao Ideas “Join & Match”, “Dynamic Macao Week”., using the opportunities to promote their shoe products to buyers and agents at home and abroad. Ms’ Chao revealed that their future is to focus on online sales. They have already launched the brand in several local online E-commerce platforms. In addition, on the basis of keeping a physical shoe shop, they are also interested in entering the Mainland market by means of franchise.
