Ms Wong Pui Lan (Grandmother Ngau Ngau) is a returned overseas Chinese in Myanmar settled in Macau. By using her family recipe to produce the first bottle of “Belachan” in Macau in 1998 when “Ngau Ngau Enterprise” was established. After years of continuous endeavor and improvement, we have dominated the seasoning food market in Macau by producing many types of Myanmar food with southeast Asian flavor and Macau’s distinguishing features.
